Я время от времени делаю гимнастику для моей спины. Стараюсь придерживаться питания здорой пмщей . мои знакомые к сожалению никаким спортом не занимаются и рассказать нечего. В моей стране распространён велоспорт. Все чаще вижу таких людей на улицах и своего города.
