3.5. В случае несоблюдения Заказчиком установленных сроков нахождения судов в акватории РГПК исключительно и непосредственно по вине Заказчика, Заказчик компенсирует Подрядчику документально подтвержденные прямые убытки.Заказчик прилагает все усилия для возмещения таких убытков в течение 10 рабочих дней с момента получения оригинала счета-фактуры с приложением соответствующих претензий перевозчиков по оплате демереджа, а также документов, подтверждающих оплату.
