По запросу Заказчика, Исполнитель обязан предоставить отчет об оказанных услугах за интересующее Заказчика время.
Помимо услуг службы технической поддержки, Заказчику назначается Ответственный специалист Исполнителя, который будет помогать специалистам заказчика в технических вопросах и координировать разрешении технических проблем связанных с продуктами и решениями Исполнителя.

Upon request, the contractor shall provide a report about the services provided for the customer interest.In addition to the technical support service, the customer is assigned to a Responsible specialist performer who will assist customer specialists in technical matters and coordinate the resolution of technical problems related to the Executive products and solutions.

At the request of the Customer, the Contractor shall provide a report on the services provided for the benefit of the customer time.
