Исполнитель принимает на себя обяза

Исполнитель принимает на себя обязательство никакими способами не разглашать (делать доступной любым третьим лицам, кроме случаев наличия у третьих лиц соответствующих полномочий в силу прямого указания закона, либо случаев, когда Заказчик в письменной форме даст согласие на предоставление конфиденциальной информации, определяемой в соответствии с п. 9.1. настоящего Договора, этим третьим лицам) конфиденциальную информацию Заказчика. Исполнитель не вправе, в частности, сообщать о факте заключения настоящего Договора в своих пресс-релизах и иной информации без предварительного письменного согласия Заказчика.
