Об утверждении федерального государственного образовательного стандарта среднего профессионального образования по специальности 21.02.05 Земельно-имущественные отношения
В соответствии с пунктом 5.2.41 Положения о Министерстве образования и науки Российской Федерации, утвержденного постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 3 июня 2013 г. К 4б6 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2013, 3 23, ст. 2923; Nfl 33, ст. 4386; Ng. 37, ст. 4702; 2014, N_ 2, ст. 126; Х 6, ст. 582), пунктом 17 Правил разработки, утверждения федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов и внесения в них изменений, утвержденных постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 5 августа 2013 г. 39. 661 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2013,N2 33,ст.4377), приказываю: 1. Утвердить прилагаемый федеральный государственный образовательный стандарт среднего профессионального образования по специальности 21.02.05 Земельно-имущественные отношения. 2. Признать утратившим силу приказ Министерства образования и науки Российской Федерации от 23 июня 2010 г. 3Г 693 «Об утверждении и введении в действие федерального государственного образовательного стандарта среднего профессионального образования по специальности 120714 Земельно-имущественные отношения» (зарегистрирован Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 27 июля 2010 г., регистрационный Х 17985). 3. Настоящий приказ вступает в силу с 1 сентября 2014 года.

Shall be invalidated the order of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation from June 23, 2010 3D 693 "approving and enacting federal State educational standard of secondary vocational education on a speciality 120,714 land property relations" (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of July 27, 2010, registration x 17985). 3. this order comes into force on September 1, 2014 years.
