Исполнитель обязуется предоставить

Исполнитель обязуется предоставить Заказчику исходный текст и объектный код Программы, при этом Исполнитель обязуется не использовать исходный текст и/или объектный код каким-либо образом и не разрешать их использование каким-либо образом в целях создания программ для ЭВМ и иных результатов интеллектуальной деятельности, повторяющих Программу или по своему виду существенно схожих с Программой.
