Все запросы на возврат части или всей суммы займа рассматриваются, если они совершены не позднее 24 часов после совершения сделки (внесение денежных средств на счета Компании любым способом с использованием электронных платежных систем, либо безналичным переводом, либо наличными в офисах Компании). В случае превышения данного времени возврат осуществляется либо в соответствии с действующим законодательством (по письменному запросу Инвестора), либо по окончании срока размещения займа.
