Разработаны энергоэффективные ступе

Разработаны энергоэффективные ступенчатые режимы сушки, которые позволили сократить длительность сушки с уменьшением затрат теплоты по сравнению с одноступенчатыми режимами. Исследована кинетика сушки при этих режимах.
