Первый Кредит в рамках Кредитного договора предоставляется после предоставления Залогодержателю следующих документов, подтверждающих регистрацию права общей долевой собственности владельцев инвестиционных паев Фонда на Объекты недвижимости с отметкой о регистрации обременений в виде доверительного управления Должника и ипотеки в силу закона в пользу Залогодержателя: (а) Договоры купли-продажи, содержащие условия о приобретении Объектов недвижимости за счет Кредитов, предоставленных по Кредитному договору, а также отметки о регистрации права собственности и указанных обременений и (б) Свидетельства о праве собственности.

The first loan under the loan agreement is available after giving the Mortgagee the following documents certifying the registration of the share ownership rights of the owners of the investment shares of the Fund in real estate with mark about registration of encumbrances in the form of a debtor's asset management and mortgage in the force of law in favour of the pledgee: (a) sales agreements containing terms and conditions on the acquisition of real estate objects at the expense of loans provided under the loan agreement, as well as mark the registration of property rights and encumbrances, and (b) a certificate of title.

The first loan under the Loan Agreement is provided after providing the Pledgee the following documents confirming the registration of the right of common shared property owners of the investment units of the Fund on the property with a mark of registration charges as a trustee of the debtor and mortgage management operation of law in favor of the mortgagee: (a) Contracts for the purchase and sale, containing the terms of the purchase of real estate at the expense of loans granted under the Loan agreement, as well as the level of registration of property rights and encumbrances indicated and (b) proof of ownership.
