Исследование мутагенной активности

Исследование мутагенной активности проводили на мышах, по 20 животных в контроле и эксперименте, в возрасте 8-10 недель, массой 21-23 грамма препарат вводили перорально однократно в дозе 1500 мг/кг( 1/2 LD50) и исследовали его влияние на генетические структуры половых клеток, находящихся на стадии зрелых сперматозоидов, ранних, средних и поздних сперматид, ранних и поздних сперматоцитов. Тестирование методом учета ДЛМ не выявило у исследованной лекарственной формы мексидола мутагенной активности ни на одной из исследованных стадий цикла сперматогенеза.
