Организационная культура напрямую связана с эффективностью и производительностью организации, чем сильнее организационная культура, тем более эффективной является организация. Целью данной работы является оценка теоретических аспектов организационной культуры и управления качеством, их взаимосвязь и влияние на постоянное совершенствование, и развитие университета. Для оценки организационной культуры университета в рамках исследования была использована модифицированная версия инструмента оценки (OCAI). Исследования привели к созданию характеристик организационной культуры и анализа факторов, влияющих на ее развитие. Сделан вывод, что организационная культура дает почву для управления качеством университета и напрямую подключена к его развитию.

Organizational culture is directly related to the efficiency and productivity of the Organization, the stronger the organizational culture, the more efficient is the organization. The aim of this work is to evaluate the theoretical aspects of the organizational culture and quality management, their relationship and impact on the continuous improvement and development of the University. To assess the organizational culture of the University the study used a modified version of assessment tool (OCAI). The study led to the creation of organizational culture and characteristics analysis of the factors influencing its development. It is concluded that organizational culture gives ground for University quality management and directly connected to its development.
