Organizational culture is directly linked to the efficiency and productivity of the organization, the stronger the organizational culture, the more effective is the organization. The aim of this study is to evaluate the theoretical aspects of organizational culture and quality management, their interaction and influence on the continuous improvement and development of the university. To assess the organizational culture of the university, the study a modified version of the assessment tool was used (OCAI). Research has led to the creation of the characteristics of the organizational culture and the analysis of the factors influencing its development. It is concluded that the organizational culture gives rise to control the quality of the University and is directly connected to its development.
