Выполнены исследования по определению субпопуляционного состава Т-лимфоцитов и установления функциональной активности клеток. Статистический аппарат включал использование программ«Microsoft Office Excel 2007» и «Statistica for Windows v.6.1». Установлено, что у больных с активной туберкулемой отмечалось повышение экспрессии CD25+ и HLA-DR на Т-лимфоцитах, CD95+ на Т-хелперах, а также увеличение количества Т-NK-лимфоцитов и Т-reg-клеток. Туберкулемы в фазе умеренной и стихающей активности сопровождались повышением экспрессии CD25+ и СD95+ на Т-лимфоцитах и Т-хелперах, а также снижением экспрессии HLA-DR на Т-лимфоцитах.
