Главная проблема компании – это нестабильное финансовое состояние – накопились долги и штрафы, не хватает денег на решение оперативных задач. Мы ищем новых клиентов, в первую очередь среди хозяйств района. Для рекламы деятельности нашей компании я обратился за помощью к руководителю департамента сельского хозяйства района. Он организует встречи с руководителями хозяйств.
В общем – «барахтаемся», пытаемся самостоятельно решить накопившиеся проблемы. Если будет совсем плохо – буду просить помощь.
