Новизна по оригинальной технологической карте
Впервые технологии производства конкретной продукции растениеводства будут рассчитаны на достижение заданных качественных и рыночных показателей. Технико-экономические параметры включают уровни урожайности и основных издержек производства – труда, энергии и финансов.
Будет разработана система организационных мероприятий и технологических решений по возделыванию основных сельскохозяйственных культур по критерию - снижения себестоимости производства продукции растениеводства и максимального использования местных ресурсов, основанные на применении современных ресурсосберегающих инновационных технологий и техники собственного (отечественного) изготовления. Это позволит сельскохозяйственным товаропроизводителям своевременно и качественно проводить агротехнические операции с наименьшими затратами ресурсов, добиваться повышения урожайности и рентабельности.
По традиционной технологии (по типовой технологической карте) возделывания хлопчатника предусмотрено выполнение более 90 технологических операций, а по новой всего 75 операций. Резкое сокращение технологических операций достигается за счет применения новой технологии и комплекса комбинированных машин и агрегатов. Будет подана заявка на инновационный патент.

- модернизированная технология транспортного обеспечения производства сельскохозяйственной продукции, отличающаяся использованием адаптивных транспортно-накопительных технических средств нового поколения, гармонизированных с агротехнологиями;
- концепция совершенствования конструкции и математический аппарат для обоснования основных параметров адаптивных технических средств транспортной логистики, гармонизированных с агротехнологиями и мировыми тенденциями развития транспортной техники.

Практическая значимость проекта

Возделывание хлопка имеет важное стратегическое, социально-экономическое значение для республики. Хлопок-волокно занимает около 40% от объема экспорта сельскохозяйственной продукции, и его доля в общем объеме экспорта республики уступает только нефти, цветным металлам и зерну.
В Южно – Казахстанской области хлопководство является приоритетной отраслью сельского хозяйства. Площадь под хлопчатником занято около 100тыс.га.
Ресурсный потенциал соответствуют развитию сырья, перспектив развития транспортной и продовольственной инфраструктуры, избытка трудовых ресурсов.
Южно Казахстанская область Республики Казахстан также располагает двумя направлениями железных дорог, автомобильными дорогами, соединяющими страну с Россией, Китаем, Узбекистаном и другими странами.
