За время продаж на территории РБ с Июня 2014 года у нас произошли неприятные инциденты с продуктами Пластерм - затопления.
Типичные причины - разрушения муфт с металлическими деталями (разрушение резьбы после нескольких месяцев эксплуатации) и разрыв трубы. Поскольку материалы приобретались у нас, то претензии по последствиям этих аварий (повреждения отделки, мебели, оборудования, восстановление керамической плитки и т.д.) были выдвинуты нам. Если бы пострадавшие довели дело до судебного разбирательства, то «Техническое свидетельство» на продукцию Пластерм было бы аннулировано и продавать то, что у нас имеется на складе было бы запрещено. Исходя из этого мы предприняли все усилия по компенсации повреждений и недопущению утечки информации на рынок.

Общие цифры по браку и расходах на возмещение ущерба сведены в таблицу:
брак 4451,05 USD, расходы возмещение аварий 6476 USD. (см. приложение)

Кроме того, мы организовали поставки Пластерма в регионы РБ для мелкооптовых торговцев. Товар, в частности трубы, отгружался в заводской (Пластерм) целой упаковке и мы не могли, да и не должны были в этот момент осуществлять контроль качества. Для того, чтобы Пластерм мог конкурировать в регионах нам пришлось применить минимальную наценку и организовать транспортировку. Впоследствии, из разных регионов, начали поступать претензии по качеству товара (вздутые трубы, трубы с отклонением диаметра, нехватка фитингов в заводской упаковке, некомплектные фитинги и т.д.). Мы выезжали в регионы и контролировали количество бракованного, но транспортировать его обратно сочли не выгодным так, как это дополнительные убытки.

Сколько ещё таких случаев ещё может произойти с течением времени сейчас просчитать невозможно.

Поэтому во время визита в Минск мы предложили господину Noman Tekin сумму в 60000 US из нашей задолженности Пластерму считать страховым депозитом для оперативного устранения претензий к нам со стороны клиентов.
На 09/12/2016 наша задолженность составляет 145 000 USD/
Если претензий в дальнейшем не последует, то соответственно мы рассчитаемся с Пластерм за вычетом понесенных расходов.
