В исследование были включены мужчины и женщины в возрасте от 22 до 54 лет одной расовой принадлежности (европеоидная) – всего 83 человека. У них были осложненные повреждения нижней челюсти, наличие первичных и вторичных смещений. Всем проводилось лечение с использованием устройства внешней фиксации конструкции DM А.А. Дацко (Патент Российской Федерации №2222283). У них были отрицательные результаты обследования на антитела к гепатитам В, С и вирусу иммунодефицита человека.
Критериями исключения были беременность, наличие сопутствующей патологии в стадии активности, психические нарушения, генетически обусловленная патология, наличие противопоказаний для проведения процедур, входящих в комплекс обследования, отказ от исследования.
