начисления за период отпуска облагаются налогом и взносами. Но учесть это сложно. Нужно убрать (от сторнировать)начисления по окладу и сделать начисления отпуска. Нужно знать месяц, когда сотрудник захочет взять отпуск и количество дней.

Расходы на питание, да нужно добавить. Можно добавить строку ниже "Bonus Taxes", или добавить суммы к "Gross"
