Прошло 7 дней с даты отправки телеф

Прошло 7 дней с даты отправки телефона. Номер отслеживания не отслеживается. Не могли бы вы связаться с почтовым отделением и выяснить что с посылкой? Возможно ошибка в номере отслеживания?
