Житель Рязани выиграл суд у ООО «Детский мир» по делу о защите прав потребителя. Мужчина взыскал с компании более 23 тыс. рублей, сообщается на сайте Октябрьского районного суда Рязани.

В марте 2015 года в отделе продаж ОАО «Детский мир» он приобрел игрушку — мобил «Сверкающие звезды» стоимостью 2 471 руб. Позже выяснилось, что у игрушки не работает механизм крепления. Мужчина обратился в магазин с просьбой вернуть деньги, однако ответа на претензию не поступило. Истец просил суд расторгнуть договор купли-продажи, взыскать с ответчика 2 471 руб., компенсацию морального вреда, неустойку, штраф и судебные расходы.

Суд исковые требования гражданина удовлетворил: взыскал с ответчика 23 304 руб., в том числе стоимость игрушки, 1 532 руб. неустойки, 2 000 компенсации морального вреда и т. д.

Ответчик обжаловал решение мирового судьи в апелляционном порядке. Однако Октябрьский районный суд Рязани оставил решение мирового судьи без изменения.
