Не рассматривали ли Вы вариант включения в общее предложения услуги по сервису и ремонту ПММ.

Как этот вопрос решается в Росинтере сейчас?

На данный момент на рынке нет компаний-производителей химии (либо их очень мало и они небольшие), которые предлагали бы эту услугу.

С одной стороны это объясняется логикой производителей - "наше дело химия, мы здесь профессионалы" - и это, на мой взгляд, правильно.

С другой стороны, это может быть обусловлено отсутствием спроса. Для потребителей - химия отдельно, оборудование - отдельно.



Но мы периодически сталкиваемся с ситуациями, когда на объекте возникают проблемы с качеством мойки посуды и заказчик вызывает нашего инженера. После его визита выясняется, что проблема не с дозирующим оборудованием, а с самой машиной. И ему приходиться ждать после этого сервисного инженера по ПММ. Вызов же инженера, который бы был компетентен по всему циклу мойки посуды, избавил бы то этой проблемы и необходимости обращаться в 2 сервисные службы.



Если для Росинтера такая услуга актуальна, то у меня есть знакомый, который занимается ремонтом ПММ, и я могу попробовать узнать у него всю информацию по этой теме.
