Автор приводит пример:муж мог убить свою жену и никто не мог вмешаться в это дело официально. Люди ощущали необходимость правовых норм и стали их вырабатывать, при этом не только в целях самозащиты. Право должно охватывать все сферы жизни:и дорожное движение, и торговлю, и сферу досуга. Автор показывает на примерах какой был бы произвол если бы не было правовых норм, регулирующих нашу повседневную жизнь.
