Подрядчик вправе отказаться от испо

Подрядчик вправе отказаться от исполнения обязательств по Договору лишь при условии полного возмещения Заказчику убытков, возникших вследствие данного отказа, а также уплатив неустойку в размере 15% от стоимости незавершенных к моменту отказа от исполнения Договора работ.

Результаты (английский) 1:

The contractor has the right to refuse execution of obligations under the Treaty only if full compensation to the customer for damages arising as a result of this refusal, as well as paying a penalty of 15% of the value of the uncompleted at the time of failure of performance of the contract works.

Результаты (английский) 2:

The Contractor shall be entitled to refuse to perform the obligations under the Treaty only if full compensation to the Customer losses incurred as a result of this failure, as well as pay a penalty equal to 15% of the unfinished at the time rejected contract work.

Результаты (английский) 3:

the contractor has the right to refuse to perform the obligations under the treaty, subject to full reimbursement, customer loss, arising out of the failureand paying the penalty of 15% of the amount outstanding at the time of non execution of the contract works.
