Конечно, сегодня, накануне праздника 8 Марта, хотел бы еще раз сказать о высокой значимости материнства, о той огромной ответственности, которая ложится на женщин, воспитывающих детей.
Сердечно хочу поздравить всех российских женщин с наступающим праздником. Желаю им благополучия и здоровья!
Теперь несколько слов по второму вопросу нашей повестки дня, уважаемые коллеги.
Вы знаете, что в декабре прошлого года был принят Федеральный закон «О развитии сельского хозяйства». Его цель – сфокусировать меры государственной поддержки как на аграрно-промышленном секторе, так и на комплексном развитии сельских территорий. На основе этого закона предстоит разработать государственную программу развития сельского хозяйства. Этот документ призван обеспечить консолидацию наших действий по комплексному развитию села.
