8.6.1. БД Асбука должна автоматически ежедневно в 13:00 и после 21.00 до 7.00, кроме субботы и воскресенья архивироваться на отдельный жесткий диск сервера БД Асбука.
8.6.2. Резервная копия БД Асбука должна создаваться при помощи специальной программы входящей в состав SQL сервера Firebird, а затем архивироваться.
8.6.3. Файл архива БД Асбука должен иметь наименование название базы_ДД.ММ.ГГГГ.
8.6.4. Ежедневно до 10:00 Директор филиала, либо работник его замещающий по приказу Директора филиала, должен копировать созданный архивный файл БД Асбука предыдущего дня с отдельного жесткого диска сервера на flash диск/съемный USB жесткий диск. В исключительных случаях, когда Директор филиала, либо работник его замещающий по приказу Директора филиала, находится на выезде, копирование БД Асбука на flash диск/съемный USB жесткий диск необходимо произвести сразу по приезду на рабочее место, но не позднее 24:00 текущего дня.
8.6.5. Для хранения архивных файлов БД Асбука используется два flash диска/съемных USB жестких диска. Директор филиала, либо работник его замещающий по приказу Директора филиала, поочередно каждый день сохраняет архивные файлы на накопитель.
8.6.6. Flash накопитель после копирования архивного файла БД Асбука должен храниться в несгораемом сейфе у Директор филиала, либо работника его замещающего по приказу Директора филиала.
8.6.7. Факт копирования БД Асбука на Flash накопитель регистрируется в журнале резервного копирования (Приложение 3.1 Журнал резервного копирования в филиалах).
