Конструкция КРУ-0,4кВ должна позволять безопасно отсоединять функциональные блоки от главной цепи и присоединять к ней в то время, когда эта цепь находится под напряжением, производить подключение кабеля без снятия напряжения питания с секции КРУ-0,4кВ.
