Составление графиков отработки рудника

В ходе посещения рудника была изучена система проектирования и построения графиков в программе MicroMine. В настоящее время инженеры ПТО импортируют проект в модуль построителя графиков (scheduler) и подготавливают данные для определения последовательности и составления графиков отработки.

По всей видимости, программа хорошо подходит для решения задач краткосрочного планирования, составления бюджетов и долгосрочных планов, обеспечивая возможности плавного перехода и легкость внесения изменений с целью соответствия требованиям текущей ситуации.

Установлены жесткие временные сроки по подготовке графика отработки для бюджета. При этом важно отметить то, что бюджетный график рассматривается в качестве отправного этапа, но не конечной цели. Реальное преимущество хорошей системы построения графика отработки заключается в возможности сосредоточиться на анализе сценариев развития событий и альтернативных вариантов, а не тратить время на корректирование данных электронных таблиц. Маловероятно, что первый план, составленный в рамках установленных сроков по подготовке бюджета, будет проходить процедуру оптимизации или проверки надежности, поэтому эта работа должна быть продолжена и стать основной функцией отдела ПТО.

Составление графиков отработки станет основным инструментом для решения некоторых проблем механики горных пород, связанных с процессом оттайки пород. График отработки будет сопоставляться с геотехнической моделью, что позволит минимизировать проблемы, связанные с оттайкой в летний период.

Чрезвычайно важно проводить работы по постоянному корректированию графиков отработки с учетом достигнутых результатов и фактических знаний о ситуации, чтобы обеспечить заблаговременность составления планов и избежать проблем на производстве
