Этот уровень сигнала ничего не знач

Этот уровень сигнала ничего не значит, деления у меня есть только если антенна находиться рядом с репитером, если унести антенну в соседнюю комнату или вынести ее на улицу деления пропадают и больше не появляются как и куда не крути антенну. я снял небольшое видео на котором видно что при включеном репитере и 3 делениями GSM3G сигнал не усиливается.
