Hi all

As mentioned the Christmas Fair is Saturday 5th December 11am - 3pm in the Assembly Rooms. We were originally given bucket and balls for the Y2 stall but as it transpires this has not featured as a stall before, we've now been given the easier option of lucky straws (we're fairly confident our creative abilities will stretch this far!).

We will be at the fair all day but to allow us some time to wander and for you to get involved with the challenge of drumming up straw picking trade, all volunteers most welcome! We probably won't stick to a rota but just to have an idea of approximate timing see below. Roll up...roll up.

We will organise the kit and lucky dip prizes. The layout of the fair is yet to be decided so we'll let you know our position when confirmed (preferably not next to the nail painters!!).

Also the PA are in need of some volunteers for the door rota, to help out for 30-45 minutes taking money and handing out entrance tickets, the first two hours are the busiest so they need more hands on deck. If you are able to help out please let us know, we won't need many volunteers for the stall so perhaps some can volunteer for the door instead?
