Здравствуйте! Я заказала товар давно, за 9 дней до истечения срока защиты товара (50 дней) я написала продавцу сообщение с вопросом о местонахождении моей посылки, которая даже не отметилась в России и не успела бы прийти к сроку, и просьбе о разрешении проблемы путем возврата денег. Продавец продлил мне защиту товара на 22 дня, так и не ответив где моя посылка. А на следующий день продлил еще на 20 дней, вновь без ответа о посылке. Итого время ожидания составляет вновь 50 дней. А товар нужен был мне сейчас. Поэтому я желаю вернуть деньги, чтобы сделать заказ у другого продавца
