Объективно: Общее состояние средней тяжести, по характеру заболевания. Положение полуактивное. Сознание ясное. Больной удовлетворительного питания, правильного телосложения. Кожные покровы бледной окраски. Периферических отеков нет. Тип дыхание смешанное. Вспомогательная мускулатура в акте дыхание не участвует. В лёгких жесткое дыхание. ЧДД 22 в мин. Границы относительной тупости сердца: правая —на 1 см. кнаружи от l. parsternalis dextra; левая — на 2 см. кнаружи от l. medioclavicuIaris sinistra, верхняя —III слева; Сердечные тоны приглушены ритмичные, ослабленное 1 тона на верхушке, акцент 2 тона над a.pulmonalis. АД 200/100- 120/80 мм рт ст. ЧСС 78 в мин. Пульс 78 в 1 минуту pulsus durus el regularis твердый и напряженный, симметричный и ритмичный. Пульсация на периферических сосудах сохранена. Язык влажный, слегка обложен белым налетом. Живот симметричный, участвует в акте дыхании, при пальпации мягкий, painless. Печень +1,0 см выступает из подреберья. Селезёнка не пальпируются. Стул регулярен. Область почек без особенностей. При пальпации безболезненно. Мочеиспускание свободное, painless. Симптом поколачивания отрицательный с обеих сторон.
