1. Стороны согласились продлить срок действия Настоящего Договора с 31.12.2015 года по 30.04.2016 года
2. Стороны согласились внести изменения в пункт 6.1, что 100% оплата товара по Договору должна быть внесена после таможенной очистки в течении 5 банковских дней.
3. Все остальные условия Контракта остаются без изменений и сохраняют свою юридическую
4. Настоящее дополнительное соглашение составлено в 2-х экземплярах на русском и английском языках по одному экземпляру для каждой стороны, причем оба текста имеют одинаковую силу.
5. Настоящее дополнение вступает в силу с момента подписания и является неотъемлемой частью Договора.
