Подрядчик гарантирует устранить за свой счёт недостатки обнаруженные в пределах гарантийного срока (1 год), за исключением случаев, когда они произошли вследствие неправильной эксплуатации, стихийных бедствий и иных форс-мажорных обстоятельств. Выявленные дефекты актируются с участием ПОДРЯДЧИКА. В случае неявки ПОДРЯДЧИКА акт составляет с незаинтересованной организации.
2---При возникновении форс-мажорных обстоятельств срок окончания работ по настоящему договору переносится по соответствующему акту, согласованному и подписанному обеими сторонами.
