Обеспечение соответствия требованиям и нормам, установленным природоохранным законодательством Республики Казахстан;
Обязательность превентивных мер по предотвращению загрязнения окружающей среды и нанесения ей ущерба в любых иных формах;
Постоянное совершенствование существующих и внедрение новых технологий для обеспечения экологической безопасности;
Системное и комплексное решение вопросов обеспечения экологической безопасности и ведения природоохранной деятельности;
Открытость и доступность экологической информации.
