Я и моя семья сделали заказ у этого продавца. Продавец указал что продает оригинальный Xiaomi Power Bank 10000. Но к нам приехала модель 10400, а не 10000. Более того, это оказалась подделка! Моя жена первой открыла спор с продавцом. И продавец подтвердил возврат денег. Что еще раз доказывает что он знал о отм что продает подделку. Мой запрос о возврате денег продавец отказался удовлетворить. Я прошу вас вернуть мне все деньги, так как мне прислали некачественный товар который не соответствует тому который я заказывал. А также я прошу вас наказать этого продавца за продажу поддельного товара под видом оригинала. В этом споре я предоставил фото устройства а также видео распаковки посылки. Эти доказательства демонстрируют получение мною подделки. Также продавец не предоставил никаких доказательств что он отправил мне оригинальное устройство. Я сделал фото того устройства что я получил рядом с оригинальным, которое я заказывал. Я должен был получить то учтройство которое внизу на фото.
