При организации перевозки автомобил

При организации перевозки автомобильным транспортом Клиент письменно уведомив Экспедитора, имеет право отменить заявку в срок не менее чем за 24 (двадцать четыре) часа до времени загрузки транспортного средства, либо откорректировать заявку в срок не менее чем за 4 (четыре) часа до времени загрузки транспортного средства. Дополнительные расходы в таком случае не возникают и не выставляются Клиенту.
При организации перевозки морским транспортом Клиент письменно уведомив Экспедитора, имеет право отменить заявку в срок не менее чем за 3 (три) рабочих дня до времени загрузки транспортного средства, либо откорректировать заявку в срок не менее чем за 4 (четыре) часа до времени загрузки транспортного средства. Дополнительные расходы в таком случае не возникают и не выставляются Клиенту.
В случае отмены перевозки или отказа от заказанной услуги в меньшие сроки, чем указано в данном пункте, данное событие приравнивается к срыву (отказу) погрузки по вине Клиента. В таких случаях Экспедитор имеет право наложить штраф на Клиента в размере 100 евро. Оплата производится в рублях по курсу ЦБ РФ на дату платежа в сроки и на условиях указанных в пункте 3.7.
