We received the complaint from one of schools, located in Petrozavodsk (http://goo.gl/maps/4OBKD), representative person a complaint to the NP-V260G # 2644396EE projectors failure. By customers explanation this projector stops such after attempt to start up with the LAMP ERROR indication. This projector had purchased at 09.10.2013, you can find the invoice scan in attached file.

This projector (60003176 V260 PROJECTOR 01150725 2644396EE) had purchased from NECDS-E at 09.08.2012, I.e. it had purchased to the end user more then a year after receiving from NEC. I want to define warranty status of the whole projector and of the lamp in this case.

From what date the warranty of this projector starts – from 09.11.2012 (date of purchase from NECDS-E plus three months) or from 09.10.2013 when this projector had purchased to the end user?
Is the lamp, installed in this projector still warranty?
