Поясничный лордоз сохранен.
В структуре межпозвонковых дисков определяются дегенеративно-дистрофические изменения, с наличием центральной протрузии диска на уровне L5-S1 (до 3 MM), с компремированием дурального мешка. Тело L5 позвонка смещено на 3 мм кзади.
Тела позвонков с краевыми приострениями, сигнальные характеристики сохранены.
Терминальный отдел спинного мозга обычной формы, размеров, сигнальных характеристик, контуры ровные, четкие.
Конский хвост - без особенностей.
Субарахноидальное пространство без патологических сигналов.
