В случае возникновения у Стороны подозрений, что произошло или может произойти нарушение каких-либо положений настоящего раздела, соответствующая Сторона обязуется незамедлительно уведомить другую Сторону о своих подозрениях в письменной форме

In case of the suspicion that happened or can happen to breach any provisions of this section, the Party shall promptly notify the other party about its suspicions in writing

In case the parties of suspicion that has occurred or may occur violation of any provisions of this Section, the Party shall promptly notify the other Party of his suspicions in writing

in the case of the suspicion that happened or might happen any breach of any provisions of this section.the party concerned shall immediately notify the other party in writing of its suspicions
