В данной работе рассматривается проект «Создание компьютерной игры «Виртуальная академия» (на базе Луганской государственной академии культуры и искусств имени М. Л. Матусовского).
В первой части обосновывается причина инициализации проекта и актуальность темы. Для решения проблемы предлагается три альтернативы. Одна из которых есть данный проект.
Вторая часть работы описывает разработку проекта по этапам. Где рассматривается: иерархическая структура проекта, организационная структура проекта, логическая матрица, календарный график, ресурсный профиль и анализ характерных особенностей управления проектом.
Третья часть заключается в выполнении проекта и подготовке к эксплуатации продукта проекта.
Работа содержит: страниц — 73, рисунков — 23, таблиц — 16.
