Моя работа очень многогранна. В основные обязанности входит: подбор и разработка тура, подготовка документов для подачи в Посольство, работа с зарубежными партнерами. Но самое главное в моей профессии это общение с клиентами, а именно: понять его потребности, рассказать о плюсах и минусах тура, страны, рассмотреть финансовые возможности клиента и предоставить самостоятельные выбор. Так же приходиться запоминать огромные объемы информации и комбинировать разнообразные варианты отдыха.

Большая часть рабочего времени в туристическом агентстве занимает общение с клиентами. Это мне и нравиться. Замкнутый и неразговорчивый человек не сможет продать ни одной путевки. Нужно быть веселым, внимательным, обаятельным и уметь слушать клиента. Так же у меня есть отличная возможность познакомиться и пообщаться с людьми из других стран, тем самым увеличить уровень саморазвития.
