There are three basic levels of management (management): top management, middle management and management of the first link.
2. Top managers direct and monitor the overall activities of the organization, they define the strategy and the basic policy of the company.
3. Top managers of the organization is (are) the president, vice president, chief executive officer and members of the Board of Directors (the Board).
4. Middle managers implements (carries) the basic strategy and policy, to descend from the top level of the organization.
5. Middle managers are the organization unit manager, head of department, plant manager and production manager.
6. First level manager monitors the activities of non-management employees and coordinates.
7. Managers are the first link of the inspector, the master, the head of department, head of the project.
8. Managers work with the first-level non-managerial employees and solve everyday problems.
9. Non-managerial employees are the main labor organization.
10. The most common areas are finance management, manufacturing operations, marketing, human resources and administration.
11. Head of Finance (finance manager) is primarily responsible for the financial resources of the organization.
12. Traditionally, production director (operations manager) associated (is equated) with the production of goods.
13. However, in recent years, the management of production refers to the production of goods and services.
14. Marketing Manager (marketing manager) is responsible for the exchange of products between the company and its regular customers (customers) or customers.
