При контрольной СКТ головного мозга

При контрольной СКТ головного мозга от 29.10.15 наблюдалась отрицательная динамика в виде формирования ХСГ слева, увеличения ее объема, лизирования крови в субарахноидальном пространстве больших полушарий, незначительная поперечная дислокация. Умеренный отек головного мозга. Клинически неврологической симптоматики нет.
По решению консилиума показано срочное оперативное лечение - дренирование гематомы под общим обезболиванием.
