Извлекают пробирку, закрывают крышк

Извлекают пробирку, закрывают крышку и сильно встряхивают при охлаждении в течение приблизительно 5 минут. Переносят охлажденную пробирку в ледяную баню с метанолом на 15 минут, зачем центрифугируют 5 минут при 2000 об/мин. Полученный супернатант переносят в мерную колбу вместимостью 100 мл.
