Решением консилиума учитывая стадию заболевают и распространённость опухоли проведён 1 курс паллиативного курса ПХТ по схеме: Гемцитабин по 2000 мг 1-8 день ОД-4000 мг, Кемокарб 450 мг внутривенно 1 день ОД-450 мг Темозоломид 250 мг. per os 1-5 дней. По причине технических неполадок лучевая терапия не проведена. Больной перенёс химиотерапию удовлетворительно. Токсичность (CNC-NCIC)-1. Статус (ECOG) -2b,Больной выписывается в у удовлетворительном состоянии под наблюдением онколога по месту жительства. Рекомендовано продолжать лучевую терапию в амбулаторных условиях. Рекомендовано: 1. Наблюдение онколога по месту жительства. 2. Явится на последующее лечение через 3 недели.
