На сайте вуза в разделе «Структура» представлена информация о руководителях образовательных программ (деканах, заведующих выпускающих кафедр) с указанием аудиторий, телефонов и адресов электронной почты. На персональных страницах ректора и проректоров по направлениям размещена информация о часах приема по личным вопросам. Предложение и рекомендации могут быть высказаны в ходе заседаний коллегиальных органов, в состав которых входят обучающиеся и преподаватели.
Система обратной связи по использованию активных или инновационных методов обучения включает опрос студентов по окончанию занятия, написание ими эссе о проведенных занятиях. Все задания СРС и СРОП предоставлены студентам и магистрантам на первой неделе обучения в силлабусах и методических указаниях по выполнению СРС и СРОП, где имеется специальное пояснение к выполнению самостоятельной работы – определяются требования, указываются источники и сроки сдачи.
Результаты текущего, рубежного и итогового контроля в обязательном порядке доводятся до сведения обучающихся и всех заинтересованных лиц.
При кредитной технологии обучения самостоятельная работа обучаемых (СРС и СРМ) составляет две трети части от общей трудоемкости изучаемого курса. На кафедре СРС и СРМ осуществляется в форме: текущих консультаций, приема и разбора практических заданий, защиты рефератов и/или аналитических докладов, с использованием интерактивных форм (деловые игры, кейсы и др.) приема и защиты практик и выпускных квалификационных работ.
Задания для самостоятельной работы обучающихся определены в силлабусах, УМКД каждого преподавателя. Для системы освоения образовательных программ кафедра обеспечивает обучающихся информационно-справочными и методическими материалами: силлабусы по соответствующим дисциплинам, где определена трудоемкость самостоятельной работы. Успешность освоения программы зависит от правильной организации аудиторной и самостоятельной работы обучающихся, поэтому программные вопросы распределены структурно по занятиям. Это позволяет избежать чрезмерной перегрузки в учебной деятельности обучающегося и рационально использовать свои возможности, что создает предпосылки для полного их освоения.
