Я ложусь намного раньше. А если ложусь поздно, все равно очень рано встаю. А потом… утром и целый день как «сонная муха». Но если бывает, что поздно ложусь или не могу уснуть, я могу делать что угодно: слушать музыку, смотреть телевизор, вязать, читать. Совсем поздно я могу лечь спать, наверное, на выходных, когда знаю, что утром не надо вставать рано.

But if it happens that later go or can't fall asleep, I can do just about anything: listening to music, watching tv, knitting, reading.
