Атомный подводный ракетный крейсер

Атомный подводный ракетный крейсер предназначен для нанесения ракетных ударов по корабельным группировкам и береговым объектам. В модернизированном варианте проекта добавлен еще один отсек для улучшения внутренней компоновки средств вооружения и оборудования. Конструкция представляет двухкорпусную подводную лодку с прочным корпусом цилиндрической формы переменного диаметра, разбитым на отсеки. Рубка имеет ледовые подкрепления и крышку округлой формы, облегчающую всплытие во льдах. В ограждении выдвижных устройств размещены два перископа и антенны. Лодка также оборудована всплывающей антенной буйкового типа, позволяющей принимать радиосообщения, целеуказания и сигналы спутниковой навигации, находясь на большой глубине и подо льдом. Носовые горизонтальные рули расположены в носовой оконечности и убираются в корпус. Главные механизмы имеют блочную конструкцию и систему двухкаскадной амортизации. Контейнеры с ракетами находятся вне прочного корпуса и расположены под углом 45 градусов к горизонту. Противокорабельные ракеты большой дальности полета полностью автономны на траектории, имеют многовариантную программу атаки целей и повышенную помехозащищенность. Все торпедные аппараты расположены в носовой части, они могут принимать мины вместо торпед.
