Выдача Кредитов производится в пределах свободного остатка лимита Кредитной линии. Если Должник не полностью использовал свободный остаток лимита Кредитной линии в Период наличия кредитных средств или до даты закрытия свободного остатка лимита Кредитной линии по основаниям, предусмотренным пунктом 7.2 Кредитного договора, то свободный остаток лимита Кредитной линии аннулируется в дату, следующую за датой истечения Периода наличия кредитных средств или в дату закрытия свободного остатка лимита Кредитной линии.
