РЕШИЛИ:

1. Войти в состав участников ООО «Грингарденс» (ИНН: 7718272765; адрес места нахождения: 107241, г. Москва, ул. Амурская, д.44, корп.2) путем подачи заявления о принятии и внесении вклада в уставный капитал.
2. Размер вклада в уставный капитал ООО «Грингарденс» составит 1 400 000 (один миллион четыреста тысяч) рублей (далее – «Вклад»), номинальная стоимость Вклада составит 950 000 (девятьсот пятьдесят тысяч) рублей.
3. Размер и номинальная стоимость доли в Уставном капитале ООО «Грингарденс», которую Shakina Enterprises Limited хотело бы иметь в результате внесения Вклада: 95% Уставного капитала Общества номинальной стоимостью 950 000 (девятьсот пятьдесят тысяч) рублей.
4. Внесение вклада осуществить денежными средствам в валюте США по курсу ЦБ РФ на дату платежа путем перечисления на валютный расчетный счет ООО «Грингарденс».
5. Доверить ведение всех дел по вопросу входу в состав участников и внесению вклада в уставный капитал ООО «Грингарденс» ___________________________.
