Я считаю, что командные виды спорта хороши тем, что ты не один. Ты всегда можешь положиться на своих товарищей, ты работаешь с ними, играешь, общаешься, веселишься. Победа зависит не только от тебя, но и от всей команды, и вы разделяете ее вместе. Минусы командных видов спорта в том, что могут возникнуть разглашения и конфликты между людьми в команде, из-за этого происходят ссоры, а в результате плохая игра. Плюсы индивидуального спорта в том, что ты всего добиваешься своими силами, своим трудом. Ты сам добиваешься своих побед и наград. Я не вижу минусов в индивидуальном спорте, потому что это саморазвитие, учение на своих ошибках, достижение цели.

Advantages of individual sports that you just want to recover on its own, through their work. You want to recover their victories and awards. I see no cons in an individual sport, because this is self-development, teachings on their mistakes.
